What is your seating capacity?
up to 6 passengers, the second row has 2 executive class seats, 3 across the third row, and an option for 1 in the front.

Do you charge cancellation fees?
Yes, 50% of the total fee will be charged if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before pick-up time. Full refund for any cancellations before this.

How much luggage can you accommodate?
there is capacity for 6 large suitcases and hand luggage.

Do you supply child restraints?
Yes, we can provide a child seat suitable for newborn to 8 years old. Please advise requirements at the time of booking.

Is there capacity to charge phones/laptops?
Yes, there are charging options within the vehicle.

Can alcohol be consumed within the vehicle?
No, alcohol is not permitted. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Do you charge for driver waiting time at the airport?
For airport pickups, there are complimentary waiting times - 30 minutes at domestic terminals, 60 minutes at international terminals, and 60 minutes at cruise ship arrivals.
Flight arrival will be tracked by driver and wait times only begin from the time the plane lands.
Charges for excess wait times are $25 (plus gst) per 30 minutes or part thereof.
      
Do you have a surcharge for public holidays and after-hours services?
No surcharges apply.

Do you have insurance?
Our insurance covers public liability for passenger travel, travel insurance is not covered.
